A books wing and a figures wing
The quizzes here divide into two wings. One works book by book — Genesis, Acts, and the other narrative books — with a page and a question set for each. The other works figure by figure, gathering questions around a single person whose story may run through several books. The subject cards below lead into both wings.
Two testament pages for the long view
Alongside the single-subject pages sit two survey quizzes, one for each testament. These sweep across many books in a single sitting, and they suit a reader who wants breadth first and a closer look afterward.
One answer key, read twice
Every answer on this site was filled in twice, by two readers working independently against the same fixed questions, and the two sets were compared value by value before anything was published: eighty-three comparisons, eighty-three agreements. Where accounts or canons differ, a question names the book it draws from or stays away from the point. The quizzes ask what the text says — according to Genesis, according to Acts — and take no position beyond that. The prose on every page holds to the same register: it describes, and the questions do the asking.
Quizzes that run where you read them
Each quiz plays directly in its page. A question offers four options; choosing one shows at once whether it was right, with the correct answer displayed so nothing is left hanging. At the end comes a full review of every question, and your best score is kept in your browser for the next visit. There is no signup and nothing to install.
